Reservation Guarantee

In order to guarantee your booking, you will be charged for one night. All payments made to the hotel using CREDIT CARD will have a SURCHARGE FEE OF 2% and there will be a 4% SURCHARGE FEE for payments made using AMERICAN EXPRESS. There will be NO CHARGE on CASH PAYMENTS and payments made using DEBIT CARD.

ID and Credit Card

You will be asked to present your ID and credit card that matches the name on the reservation to allow check-in.

If reservation is made not by you, we require a COPY of the booker’s ID and credit card that matches the name on the reservation to allow check-in.

Cancellation

If cancelled up to 48-hours before check in time on the day of arrival, 5% of the total price of the reservation will be charged (minimum £7). If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

In case of no-show 100% of booking will be charged.

Children and extra beds

All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.

There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
